Registration Deadline
The deadline to register is 3 weeks before the conference start date.
Payment Deadline
The payment deadline is one week before the conference start date. If you are unable to make this deadline, please contact us so we can work out a plan.
Attendance
We understand that some institutions require proof of attendance. If yours is one of those, please let us know and we can create a separate sign-in sheet for your institution, so you may have a copy of it after the conference for proof. For legal reasons, we would not be able to provide a copy of a sign-in sheet with information of individuals from other institutions.
Refund Policy
We would appreciate advance notice if you're unable to attend the conference. As the majority of the conference fee goes to arranging food for the attendees, advanced notice allows us to adjust the quantities of food we purchase.
However, we understand that things come up. If you're unable to attend, and need a refund for your conference fee after the conference, please contact us and we will work it out.
